Workshop Terms and conditions

Please read through the terms and conditions carefully

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.

Bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date or person with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop date are non-transferable and non-refundable.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the workshop (e.g. due to illness or insufficient bookings), a full refund or alternative date will be offered.

All participants must follow safety guidance provided during the session.

Please inform us in advance of any allergies or skin sensitivities – we will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee all ingredients will be suitable for all individuals.

Participants must be 18 and over.

Please contact us in advance if you have specific accessibility needs so we can ensure the experience is suitable for you.

We may take photographs or short videos during the session for promotional use. Please let us know on arrival if you prefer not to be included.

You will take home one foaming body wash made during the session. The product is for personal use only and not for resale.

The workshop takes place at our independent store located within the Ironbridge Tile Museum. Please arrive on time – late arrivals may miss important instructions.

Free Parking is available to workshop attendees

We reserve the right to ask any participant acting inappropriately or unsafely to leave the session without a refund.
