Are deliveries of parcels running on time?

All delivery services are currently running on time.

Are you still delivering internationally?

Due to the uncertainties around Brexit and the new rules effective from 1st July, we are not currently offering delivery to the EU. We will be carefully reviewing this and look forward to being able to offer international delivery to the EU in the future.

All other countries remain the same.

Delivery Costs

We have live shipping rates but they range from £4.00 to £6.50 for all U.K deliveries.

Rates may vary depending on size, weight and destination. You can view the rates before you checkout by entering your postcode when viewing your basket or during checkout. You do not have to complete checkout in order to see the rates.

Next Day Delivery

We use DPD Next Day delivery. DPD service levels remain high. To keep up to date on DPD Covid-19 updates, Click Here.

Our Next Day Delivery Service is £5.50 for a standard small parcel up to 5kg.

Medium Parcels £6.50 up to 10kg

Next Day Delivery Timescales

DPD is a fantastic delivery service and whilst in most cases your parcels will be delivered the next day unexpected circumstances can occur.

Please allow 2 working days for us to process your orders. You will be notified immediately by us and DPD when your ordered has been processed and picked up by DPD.

Our collection times range from 9am to 4pm. We have one collection per day. Should your order come in after DPD have collected, we are not able to process your order until the following day.

Whilst we aim to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible please allow us enough time to process and pack your order and organise the courier to collect & delivery your order.

We now have collections every Sunday which means all weekend orders will be delivered on Monday. 

From early October through to December DPD will automatically deliver your parcels at the weekend.  

Can I Still Receive Delivery of Parcels?

Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.

Should I be concerned about touching an order I have received or collected?

Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.

What if I am self isolating or do not wish to come into contact with a delivery driver?

For smaller items, carriers are:

  • encouraging all customers to use the alternative delivery options available to them (such as leave in a safe place) so they do not have to receive parcels directly from the courier or have to sign for them
  • not handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures
  • asking drivers to log the name of the person accepting the item
  • posting a customer contact card to advise of other ways to arrange receiving delivery
How long will it take for my order to be ready?

Please allow 1-2 days for you order to be processed.

Remember, only travel to our store once you have been informed your order is ready for collection.

What will happen if I do not pick up my order?

You can contact us and let us know that you are unable to collect your order and arrange a new date and time to collect.

If you change your mind or are unable to collect your order, we can cancel your order and automatically issue a refund.  Please note, it may take up to 7 days for refunds to appear on your statement.

I'm self-isolating, can i get someone else to pick-up my order?

We’re happy for someone else to collect your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation, as well as their own photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).

Where do I collect my Click & Collect order from?

Once you have placed your order, come to our store on your chosen date and time, knock on the door and we will ask you to step back whilst we place your order outside.

Collections are only available from our store in Jackfield, TF8 7LS

Do I need to bring anything with me when I collect my order?

To collect your order, you’ll need a copy of your order confirmation email (either as a print out or on your phone.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and their own photo ID.

Please note: If you use our next day delivery service, we may not be able to modify your order as this service is processed and delivered very quickly.

Do you offer refunds?

If you are dissatisfied with your product whether it is faulty, arrived damaged or you are not happy with your product, we do offer full refunds.

For all damaged & faulty products, you will need to provide us with a photograph of the damaged product and packaging. This is so we can feed back to the shipping company.

What if I change my mind?

We can still offer refunds but we will require the product to be returned to us in the same condition it arrived. Upon receipt of the returned product we will issue your refund.

You will receive a full refund for the product. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping fee under these circumstances as the product was shipped successfully. 

Should you cancel your order during transit of our next day delivery services we are unable to refund the delivery fee. You will receive your refund less any delivery costs. For example; You pay £6.50 for next day delivery, you change your mind during transit, you pay the original £6.50 plus £6.50 to return the parcel, £13 in total. 

Alternatively, you can allow the delivery to continue and you organise the return of the parcel.


How long does it take to get my refund?

Once we have approved your refund, please allow 5-7 working days for the payment to be processed.

If I’m self-isolating, how do I return a product?

If you have been unable to return an unwanted item due to self isolation restrictions, we will honour a late return as long as the item meets the other terms of our returns policy including a valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or delivery note.

For smaller items, our carriers can collect parcels if left in a safe place. Please Contact Us to arrange collection
