Yes. We are following the advice of Public Health England and are still making deliveries for online orders. Order before 12pm for next day delivery.
Yes. Public Health England (PHE) has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus (COVID-19). It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels. This complements the highly publicised guidance from PHE for people to wash their hands more often than usual using soap and hot water.
Public Health England have said that there’s no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages.
For smaller items, carriers are:
- encouraging all customers to use the alternative delivery options available to them (such as leave in a safe place) so they do not have to receive parcels directly from the courier or have to sign for them
- not handing over our hand-held devices to customers to capture electronic signatures
- asking drivers to log the name of the person accepting the item
- posting a customer contact card to advise of other ways to arrange receiving delivery
The current situation is Royal Mail are taking longer than usual to deliver parcels. You can expect a delay of up to 1 week.
Our Courier DPD currently have no delays and still delivering parcels the next working day.
At present international parcel operations are largely continuing as normal, however we are seeing delays to countries that have special measures or restrictions in place, this is affecting deliveries to France and Italy

Please allow 1-2 days for you order to be processed.
Remember, only travel to our store once you have been informed your order is ready for collection.
You can contact us and let us know that you are unable to collect your order and arrange a new date and time to collect.
If you change your mind or are unable to collect your order, we can cancel your order and automatically issue a refund. Please note, it may take up to 7 days for refunds to appear on your statement.
We’re happy for someone else to collect your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation, as well as their own photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).
Once you have placed your order, come to our store on your chosen date and time, knock on the door and we will ask you to step back whilst we place your order outside.
Collections are only available from our store in Jackfield, TF8 7LS
To collect your order, you’ll need a copy of your order confirmation email (either as a print out or on your phone.
If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and their own photo ID.

We accept all major credit cards through Square or PayPal
Once we have approved your refund, please allow 5-7 working days for the payment to be processed.
If you have been unable to return an unwanted item due to self isolation restrictions, we will honour a late return as long as the item meets the other terms of our returns policy including a valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or delivery note.
