Subscription Terms

By purchasing the Seasonal Wax Melt Subscription, you agree to the following terms.

Subscription and payment

Your subscription will renew automatically at the frequency and price shown on the product page.

Payment will be taken automatically using the payment method provided when you first subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your payment and delivery details up to date.

The subscription price does not include any future promotional discounts unless expressly stated.

Cancelling your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the My Account section of our website.

Cancelling will stop future renewal payments. It will not cancel or refund an order that has already been paid for or processed.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not affected. Subscription terms should be clear, fair and should not make it unreasonably difficult for customers to cancel.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment cannot be collected, the payment may be retried.

Your subscription and subscriber benefits may be suspended or ended if payment remains outstanding.

Subscriber benefits

Subscriber benefits, discounts, previews and exclusive offers are available only while your subscription remains active and payments are up to date.

These benefits will end when:

• you cancel your subscription;
• your subscription expires or is ended;
• a renewal payment remains unpaid.

Subscriber offers and exclusives may change from time to time.

Subscriber discount

Active subscribers receive 10% off Ironbridge Candle Company products using the subscriber discount code provided.

The discount does not apply to:

• sale items;
• gift sets;
• products already sold at a discounted price;
• products made or supplied by other brands;
• delivery charges.

The subscriber discount cannot be used with another discount code or promotional discount.

The discount code is provided for the subscriber’s own use and must not be shared with anyone else.

Square Loyalty points

Subscribers receive double Square Loyalty points on their initial subscription purchase, provided the purchase is connected to their Square Loyalty account.

Double points do not apply to automatic subscription renewal payments.

Any standard loyalty points available on other purchases remain subject to the rules of the Ironbridge Candle Company Square Loyalty programme.

Subscriber communications

Subscribers may receive emails containing subscription information, fragrance previews, subscriber offers and other benefits connected with the subscription.

Essential emails relating to payments, renewals, failed payments or cancellation may still be sent where necessary to administer the subscription.

Delivery and changes of address

Orders will be sent to the delivery address saved against the subscription at the time the renewal order is processed.

Customers must update their address through My Account before the next renewal payment is taken. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered processing.

Availability

The subscription product may be temporarily unavailable to new customers when it is out of stock.

Where reasonably possible, stock will be reserved or made available for existing active subscriptions. If we cannot fulfil a renewal order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate replacement, delay or refund.

Changes to the subscription

We may make reasonable changes to the subscription, its contents, price or benefits.

Where a change materially affects the price or service, customers will be informed before it applies to a future renewal and will have the opportunity to cancel.

Statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
