IMPORTANT NOTICE

The shop will be closed between Tuesday 24th December and Wednesday 8th January.  all online orders received during this period will not be shipped until 3rd January 2025.

All delivery services are currently running on time.

Due to the uncertainties around Brexit and the new rules effective from 1st July, we are not currently offering delivery to the EU. We will be carefully reviewing this and look forward to being able to offer international delivery to the EU in the future.

All other countries remain the same.

We have live shipping rates and they range from £4.69 to £5.20 for all U.K small parcel deliveries.

Rates may vary depending on size, weight and destination. You can view the rates before you checkout by entering your postcode when viewing your basket or during checkout. You do not have to complete checkout in order to see the rates.

DHL Next Day Delivery

£5.20 for a standard small parcel up to 11kg.

£6.20 for a standard Medium parcel from 12-30kg.

£8.00 for a large parcel from 31kg

£15 for oversized parcels

Next Day Delivery is a fantastic service and whilst in most cases your parcels will be delivered the next day unexpected circumstances can occur.

Please allow 2 working days for us to process your orders. You will be notified immediately by us and the courier when your ordered has been processed and picked up.

Our collection times range from 9am to 4pm. We have one collection per day. Should your order come in after the courier has collected, we are not able to process your order until the following day.

Collection Times

Monday to Friday – Between 2pm & 3.30pm

Saturday & Sunday – No Collections

Please note that on some occasions these collection times may vary. Whilst we aim to deliver your parcels as quickly as possible please allow us enough time to process and pack your order.

From early October through to December the courier will generally deliver your parcels at the weekend.  

Please note that DHL & DPD generally do not delivery on a weekend without incurring extra fees. However as we approach Christmas they will automatically start delivering on a weekend.

Any orders placed on Friday afternoon will not be delivered until Tuesday. 

2-5 Day Delivery

We use Royal Mail Tracked for this service. Please note that although delivery is estimated between 2-5 working days, it is not guaranteed. If you would like the comfort of knowing your order will arrive in good time, we recommend using DPD. Please see our Next Day Delivery information tab.

When using this service please allow enough time for us to prepare your order, pack your order and organise a collection for your order. We recommend allowing 1-2 days for us to process your order.

Once your order has been collected the 2-5 day delivery schedule starts. Royal Mail will not deem a parcel as lost until this time frame has past plus an additional 7 days. We do not tolerate physical, verbal or written abuse of our staff. Please treat them with respect when contacting us.

 

Please allow 1-2 days for you order to be processed.

Remember, only travel to our store once you have been informed your order is ready for collection.

You can contact us and let us know that you are unable to collect your order and arrange a new date and time to collect.

If you change your mind or are unable to collect your order, we can cancel your order and automatically issue a refund.  Please note, it may take up to 7 days for refunds to appear on your statement.

We’re happy for someone else to collect your order. Please make sure they have a copy of your order confirmation, as well as their own photo ID (passport or driver’s licence).

Once you have placed your order, come to our store on your chosen date and time, knock on the door and we will ask you to step back whilst we place your order outside.

Collections are only available from our store in Jackfield, TF8 7LS

To collect your order, you’ll need a copy of your order confirmation email (either as a print out or on your phone.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must bring the order confirmation and their own photo ID.

Please note: If you use our next day delivery service, we may not be able to modify your order as this service is processed and delivered very quickly.

If you are dissatisfied with your product whether it is faulty, arrived damaged or you are not happy with your product, we do offer refunds providing we have been notified and the products are returned within 30 days.

If you’ve changed your mind about keeping your purchase, please return it within 30 days in its original condition with proof of purchase. We’ll exchange or refund it, as long as it meets our terms and conditions explained on this page and in our full terms & conditions.

By original condition we mean:

  • you’ve kept all original packaging and labels in good condition and the product can be resold at full price.
  • you haven’t used the product.
  • the product contains no personal data and isn’t registered to a user.

What if I change my mind?

We can still offer refunds but we will require the product to be returned to us in the same condition it arrived. Upon receipt of the returned product we will issue your refund.

Unfortunately, we are unable to refund the shipping fee under these circumstances as the product was shipped successfully. 

Should you cancel your order during transit of our next day delivery services we are unable to refund the delivery fee. You will receive your refund less any delivery costs.

Once we have approved your refund, please allow 5-7 working days for the payment to be processed.

If you have been unable to return an unwanted item due to self isolation restrictions, we will honour a late return as long as the item meets the other terms of our returns policy including a valid proof of purchase such as a receipt or delivery note.

For smaller items, our carriers can collect parcels if left in a safe place. Please Contact Us to arrange collection

As an organisation, we have a zero-tolerance approach for abuse towards our staff.

We ask our staff to be polite, helpful and sensitive to your needs and circumstances.

We do not tolerate physical, verbal or written abuse of our staff. Please treat them with respect.

Aggressive, violent or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in your services being restricted. In extreme cases, we may contact the Police.

  • using bad language or swearing at our staff;
  • any physical violence towards any member of staff, such as pushing or shoving;
  • verbal abuse towards our staff in any form, including verbally insulting our staff;
  • racial abuse and sexual harassment;
  • abusing staff on our social media channels;
  • and verbally abusing our staff on telephone calls.
