Thank you for your enquiry. The lighters are filled with the minimum amount of Butane Gas allowed for transport.
You have to have the lighter as a carry-on item and it must be kept with you at all times. You are only allowed 1 lighter per person. The lighter will not be allowed in checked in luggage.
